What exactly do I get when I buy a license?
A license to use the source code in your own project — plus the code itself, a plain-text setup guide, and free updates for that product's current major version. You're licensing the right to use and run the code; we retain ownership of it, the same way most commercial software works. There's no login, no telemetry, and nothing phones home — you run it entirely on your own infrastructure.
What does a license cover?
Each license covers one project. If you want to use a product across multiple projects or client deployments, an unlimited-projects license is available — email us and we'll sort out the difference in price. Licenses are issued to you personally, not to a company, so they move with you if a project changes ownership.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Once your license is issued and the code is available to you, the purchase can't be undone — you've received what you're licensing. If you have questions about whether a product fits your use case, email us before buying and we're happy to help you decide.
How does client engineering work pricing work?
It depends on scope — most engagements are quoted as a fixed project fee after a short discovery call, rather than open-ended hourly billing. Get in touch and we'll figure out if it's a fit.
